PLANT INTELLIGENCE SCIENTIST FROM SPAIN COMES TO THE CATSKILLS OF NEW YORK

Professor Paco Calvo, PhD – Cognitive Plant Scientist, from the MINT Lab, Murcia, Spain,
comes to the U.S. to upstate New York! Sponsored by Plant Pioneers.
Hosted by Green Earth for a brief over view on the Seeds of Seeing, a
community preview, that is to take place over the weekend at the Blue Deer Center on
June 1st to 3rd. In recent years Prof. Calvo's work takes special emphasis in the philosophy
of plant neurobiology, ecolgoical psychology and embodied cognitive sciences. The latter of
which is why he comes to our area, for students, traditional and non-traditional educators in
the fields of traditional herbalism, plant spirit medicine, natural, life and physical sciences,
sustainability and philosophy curriculums.

Paco Calvo is Professor of Philosophy of Science from the University of Murcia, Spain.
His recent research takes emphasis in the philosophy of plant neurobiology and ecological psychology. He comes to the U.S. to bridge his plant cognition research with friends and colleagues from all walks of life as well as students, traditional and non-traditional educators in the fields of Herbalism, Plant Spirit Medicine, Wild Crafters, the Natural, Life and Physical sciences, sustainability and philosophy studies.
